What is your cancellation policy?

I uphold a cancellation fee of $25 per hour reserved, within 2 days of your appointment. This is by no means a punishment, simply a professional policy there to protect mine and my assistant’s time. I understand that life does happen though, so I promise to always waive this fee if I am able to fill the opening!

Text me as soon as possible, even before you’re certain you’ll need to cancel, and I will do whatever I can to adjust your appointment as needed!

How should I prepare for my cut/color service?

Clean and dry! I specialize in dry- cutting natural texture, which renders the best result when I have full visibility of growth and wave patterns. I also try to used the gentlest color whenever possible, without clean hair I cannot ensure even coverage or use the gentlest lightener. Please come to all cut appointments with clean, dry hair that has been left down with no updo styling creases.

Where will I park?

We have a gated parking lot behind the building off basil street, as well as street parking and a public lot just across the street.

What’s the deal with no gratuity?

In alignment with my philosophy that my craft is a service second, and art form first, I no longer accept gratuity. I have found that by eliminating the obligation to pay any extra above the price already set, my guests have benefited with a straightforward, simple transaction experience. Save your tip cash for the assistant that gave you that great scalp massage and scrumptious latte!
