What to Expect
Stress free Arrival: I will provide you with specific directions to my salon in your appointment confirmation email. Between our private parking lot, ample and comfortable seating, and many amenities, your relaxation should begin long before the hair pampering even starts!
Trust building Consultation: Wether you’re seeking inspiration for a new change or just looking to refresh your signature look, I will always take the time needed to connect with you, brainstorm and address all your questions, concerns or ideas.
The Experience: I may be the artist, but you are the muse, the canvas and the visionary! You set the tone. Social butterfly? Let’s get to know each other with playful, positive, curious conversation. Needing some peace and tranquility? I’ll pour you a glass and get in my zone while you enjoy your time! Need a music change? Latte? Phone Charger? Snack? ask and you shall receive. My southern belle momma made sure we keep the ‘hostest with the mostest’ title in our family line, making sure you enjoy your time in my salon home is quite literally in my blood!
The Transaction: I strive to keep my pricing straightforward and simple. Any additional service charge will always be a conversation and I never accept personal gratuity!
What NOT to expect :
Finding a new stylist can be so scary! This is YOUR hair, YOUR time and YOUR self-care! Here are some things you never have to worry about in my chair:
Shaming you for tardiness, indecisiveness, “silly” questions “bad” hair habits, or budget.
I have a 15 minute grace period for a reason. Don’t sweat it! Drive safe and breath easy because I will always try to work with you around our time limitations without any shame or judgement. Let’s hold patience for each other.
Curious or confused about literally anything? Don’t know what or how to book? Not sure how to take proper care of your hair? whatever your concerns are, you can always speak up or reach out! Let’s learn together.
Embarrassed about your ‘dirty’ hair or hesitant to lose the ‘dead’ ends you know aren’t salvageable? I will always try to inform you on the best practices and care for your needs and lifestyle, but at the end of the day… it’s YOUR hair. Let’s not waste precious confidence on silly things like shame.
